Account Eligibility

Bonus Terms

Prohibited Activities

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and ipayung ("Platform", "we" or "company"). This Agreement governs your use of the ipayung website accessible at ipayung.onl, including all services, gaming products and related features provided by this platform.
By registering an account, accessing the website or using any ipayung services, you hereby agree to be bound by all terms contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, please stop using the platform immediately and contact our customer support team.

3. Account Registration
Each user is allowed to open one (1) account only. Opening multiple accounts using the same name, email address, mobile number, IP address or payment method is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts involved being suspended.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and truthful information. This includes your full name, date of birth, valid identity card number (MyKad) or passport, active email address and a reachable Malaysian mobile number.
ipayung reserves the right to request supporting documents at any time for identity verification purposes. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified period may result in a temporary restriction on your account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the ipayung platform are subject to the limits and rules set out. The minimum deposit for each payment method is RM10, while the minimum withdrawal is RM50.
Payment methods accepted by ipayung are as follows:
- Touch 'n Go eWallet
- DuitNow (including instant bank transfer)
- FPX online banking (supporting multiple local banks)
- ShopeePay
- Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC and ETH
Withdrawals will be processed within 10 to 45 minutes after the request is approved. Processing time may vary depending on the method chosen and verification requirements. All withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in exceptional situations approved by us.
ipayung does not charge any processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges that are outside the control of our platform.
All deposited funds must be used for betting purposes. Funds that are deposited but not used for any betting within a reasonable period of activity may be subject to review by our compliance team.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
ipayung offers various promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements and must be met before any bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash.
Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible to receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of RM1,000. The wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount received. For example: if you deposit RM100 and receive a bonus of RM100, your balance will be RM200 and you need to wager RM100 × 25 = RM2,500 before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
Second example: a deposit of RM2,200 gives a bonus of RM1,000 (balance RM3,200), with a wagering requirement of RM1,000 × 25 = RM25,000.
- Bonuses may only be used by the registered account holder
- One account, one welcome bonus — no duplicate registrations to claim repeated bonuses
- ipayung reserves the right to void bonuses obtained through dishonest means or in breach of these terms
- Promotions may be modified or ended without prior notice
- Should there be any discrepancy in the translation of bonus terms, the English version shall be final

6. Game Rules
